Repair fees do not include parts.
* Inspection fee is included in repair cost and charged separately only when no repair is authorized.

- All parts warranties are covered under manufacture warranty by the manufacturer.
- TSCG recommends regular data backup and assume no responsibility for lost data.
- TSCG can diagnose and fix most software issues for our standard charge ($50/hr).
- Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance Contracts.
- For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.
- TSCG provides repair services or upgrade to your computer. Our primary goal is to get your computer up and running with the least amount of inconvenience or downtime.
- TSCG will work with you to optimize your computer's efficiency and performance by customizing and upgrading your system.
- We will advise you when you are considering replacing your current computer equipment.
- We don't sell computers so you can feel confident that our advice and recommendations are based on your computing needs.
- Hard drive crashes and computer viruses are only a few of the problems that can slow down your computer's performance. The internet has brought many new challenges to computer users.
- Worms, Viruses, Trojans, Spyware, Spam and Popup Ads have become a major source of computer problems that cost businesses money.
- We will find and correcting problems that you may have encountered.
TSCG is not responsible for data on your system!
Always back up your data before dropping your machine off for service!
If you can't or don't know how to back up your data, we can do it for you.
